Terms of Service

Terms for using TableBridge Shopify to Airtable sync.

Effective date: June 12, 2026

Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to merchants who install or use TableBridge. By using TableBridge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TableBridge.

What TableBridge Does

TableBridge helps Shopify merchants send selected Shopify Products, Variants, Orders, Draft Orders, Customers, Inventory, Collections, Metafields, Fulfillment Orders, Payouts, Locations, Inventory Transfers, and Menus data to Airtable tables chosen by the merchant.

TableBridge writes to Shopify only when a merchant previews and applies Airtable import changes. Export and scheduled sync workflows from Shopify to Airtable do not modify Shopify data.

Shopify Access

You authorize TableBridge to access selected Shopify data through Shopify APIs so the app can provide syncs, history, support, troubleshooting, billing, plan enforcement, and app reliability.

You are responsible for choosing which data types and fields to sync to Airtable or import from Airtable.

Airtable Account And Bases

If you connect Airtable, you authorize TableBridge to access Airtable bases, tables, fields, and records that you grant to the app.TableBridge uses that access to map fields, create recommended tables or fields only when you explicitly request it, and write or update records in selected Airtable tables.

You are responsible for managing Airtable workspace, base, table, and sharing permissions.

Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Using TableBridge in compliance with applicable laws and Shopify policies.
  • Choosing which Shopify data to sync to Airtable.
  • Choosing the Airtable base, table, and field mapping.
  • Managing Airtable permissions for bases and tables that receive Shopify data.
  • Reviewing synced Airtable records before relying on them.
  • Keeping your Shopify and Airtable accounts secure.
  • Ensuring staff use TableBridge appropriately.

Plans, Billing, And Limits

TableBridge offers Starter, Pro, and Business plans. Billing for paid plans is handled through Shopify. Shopify may process charges, cancellations, and billing approval flows according to Shopify's terms and billing systems.

Plan limits may apply, including row limits, Airtable field-value limits, history retention, data type access, and scheduled sync limits. TableBridge may also apply internal operational safety caps that are not billing limits.

Communications

We may contact merchants using contact details associated with their account or provided to us for service messages, onboarding help, product updates, relevant TableBridge or Vallo product information, feedback requests, or user research invitations.

We will not use merchant customer personal data for unrelated marketing. Merchants can opt out of non-essential marketing or research communications by contacting support@tablebridge.app or by using unsubscribe options where available. Service and transactional messages may still be sent.

Acceptable Use

You must not use TableBridge to:

  • Violate laws or Shopify policies.
  • Access or sync data you are not authorized to access.
  • Share synced personal data with unauthorized parties.
  • Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
  • Interfere with TableBridge, Shopify, Airtable, or other services.

Availability And Changes

TableBridge may be unavailable or delayed due to maintenance, service outages, third-party issues, rate limits, Shopify API behavior, Airtable API behavior, or other events outside our control.

We may update TableBridge or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.

Third-Party Services

TableBridge depends on third-party services, including Shopify and Airtable. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

TableBridge syncs data from Shopify and related services. We aim to present data accurately, but we do not guarantee that synced or exported data will be complete, current, or error-free in every situation.

You should review syncs before using them for business, finance, legal, tax, or operational decisions.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TableBridgewill not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so this section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
