Privacy Policy

Overview

TableBridge helps Shopify merchants send selected Shopify Products, Variants, Orders, Draft Orders, Customers, Inventory, Collections, Metafields, Fulfillment Orders, Payouts, Locations, Inventory Transfers, and Menus data to Airtable. This Privacy Policy explains how TableBridge handles information when merchants install or use the app.

TableBridge uses Shopify access for selected Airtable syncs and merchant-approved Product, Variant, Metafield, or Inventory imports. Shopify-to-Airtable syncs do not create, edit, delete, fulfill, refund, publish, or otherwise modify Shopify data.

Information TableBridge Accesses

TableBridge accesses Shopify and Airtable data only as needed to provide merchant-selected Airtable syncs, setup recommended Airtable fields when requested, show run history, provide support, troubleshoot failures, enforce billing and plan limits, maintain security, and operate the app.

TableBridge may store limited shop profile and app usage metadata, such as store name, domain, country, Shopify plan, aggregate resource counts, sync/export status, and limit events. This metadata is used for support, troubleshooting, billing and plan enforcement, security, app operation, and product reliability improvement.

Supported Shopify data types are:

• Payouts
• Locations
• Inventory Transfers
• Menus

Customer or order data may include personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, billing addresses, order history, and related customer information when the merchant selects those exports or syncs.

How TableBridge Uses Data

TableBridge uses Shopify and Airtable data to:

• Write selected Shopify data to merchant-selected Airtable tables.
• Update existing Airtable records using a stable TableBridge row key.
• List authorized Airtable bases, tables, and fields.
• Create recommended Airtable tables or fields only after the merchant explicitly chooses that setup option.
• Run one-off or scheduled Airtable syncs.
• Preview and apply merchant-approved Airtable imports to Shopify Products, Variants, Metafields, or Inventory.
• Show sync history and status.
• Enforce plan limits.
• Provide support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain app security and reliability.

TableBridge does not sell customer data and does not use merchant customer data for unrelated advertising or marketing.

Airtable Access

If a merchant connects Airtable, TableBridge uses Airtable access to list bases and tables the merchant has authorized, inspect table fields for mapping, create recommended schema only after an explicit merchant action, and write or update records in the selected table.

TableBridge does not use Airtable access for advertising or unrelated analytics. Merchants are responsible for Airtable workspace, base, table, and sharing permissions.

Sync History And Retention

Sync run status, safe error messages, row counts, and operational metadata may be stored so merchants can review history and support can troubleshoot issues. Retention windows depend on the merchant's plan:

• Starter: 7 days.
• Pro: 30 days.
• Business: 90 days.

After the applicable retention period, TableBridge may delete generated files or clear stored job output details while retaining minimal metadata needed for support, billing, security, or compliance.

Shopify Privacy Webhooks

TableBridge supports Shopify privacy webhooks, including customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. These requests help Shopify and merchants manage data access, deletion, and redaction requirements.

When TableBridge is uninstalled, scheduled syncs are stopped and app data is handled according to the cleanup and retention behavior described in this policy.

Service Providers

TableBridge may use infrastructure and service providers to operate the app, including hosting, storage, database, queue, logging, email, security, billing, and Airtable integration providers. These providers are used only as needed to run TableBridge.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for:

• Choosing which Shopify data to sync to Airtable.
• Choosing the Airtable base, table, and field mapping.
• Managing access to Airtable bases and tables that receive Shopify data.
• Reviewing synced Airtable records before relying on them.
• Using TableBridge in compliance with applicable laws, Shopify policies, and Airtable policies.

Security

TableBridge uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect app data. No system is perfectly secure, and merchants should avoid sharing exported or synced data with unauthorized people.
