Getting started

To start using TableBridge:

  • Install TableBridge from Shopify.
  • Open TableBridge inside Shopify Admin.
  • Connect Airtable.
  • Choose Products, Variants, Metafields, Inventory, Orders, Draft Orders, Customers, Collections, Fulfillment Orders, Payouts, Locations, Inventory Transfers, or Menus.
  • Choose an Airtable base and table.
  • Use recommended Airtable fields or map fields manually.
  • Run once or create a scheduled Airtable sync.

Connect Airtable

Connect Airtable from inside TableBridge. Airtable may ask you to grant access to all resources or specific bases.

If a base does not appear, click Refresh schema. If it still does not appear, reconnect Airtable and grant access to that base.

Airtable table setup

Select an existing Airtable base. You can create recommended fields inside that base or use an existing table with manual mapping.

Recommended setup never deletes or renames existing Airtable fields. It adds missing recommended fields only after you click Create recommended table.

Run Airtable syncs

Products, Variants, Inventory, Orders, Draft Orders, Customers, Collections, Fulfillment Orders, Payouts, Locations, Inventory Transfers, and Menus sync one Shopify data type to one Airtable table. Metafields sync to Product Metafields and Variant Metafields tables. TableBridge uses TableBridge Row Key or Stable Row Key to update existing records where possible.

Re-running the same sync should update matching records instead of blindly creating duplicates.

Scheduled syncs

Automatic, hourly, and daily Airtable update modes are available when allowed by plan. Scheduled syncs use the saved base, table, and field mapping.

You can run now, pause, resume, or delete scheduled Airtable syncs from the app.

History and status

History shows recent jobs, status, destination, and safe error messages where available.
